Sessions typically last between 45 and 55 minutes. The first few sessions will involve a comprehensive evaluation of your needs. By the end of the evaluation, we will be able to offer you some initial impressions of what our work might include. At that point, we will discuss your treatment goals and create a treatment plan.

Psychological testing helps determine underlying causes for symptoms and aids in the development of appropriate treatment recommendations. A comprehensive evaluation consists of a thorough clinical interview and integration of several tests to determine an individual’s cognitive, emotional, societal, and interpersonal functioning.
